Job Summary
Night Shift Supervisor leading a warehouse area with ownership of activity (e.g., picking and dispatch), planning and balancing labour and equipment to meet shift targets, monitoring performance, and driving H&S, 5S, and continuous improvement. Responsible for supporting operators and junior staff in SOPs, using SAP/WMS for accurate processing, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure productive, compliant shift operations. Demonstrates leadership to develop operatives, plans resources to meet monthly and annual targets, and promotes a culture of problem-solving and closed-loop feedback across the shift.
