Night Shift Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate cast house production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals while leading, coaching, and developing team members. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, monitor performance, and address operational issues as they arise. Maintain a professional work environment, communicate effectively across shifts, and train employees on procedures and best practices. Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management. This role initially begins on day shift for training and evaluation before transitioning to the permanent night shift schedule.
