Job Summary
Conduct night-shift production management by ensuring all testing processes run smoothly and monitoring targets including output, OTD, cycle time, and WIP. Quickly respond to downtime, abnormal test results, and equipment issues while overseeing test/pack machine operations and coordinating with SAE for immediate troubleshooting. Manage attendance, break schedules, and overtime; conduct performance reviews and maintain discipline to ensure proper workplace behaviors. Guarantee all product and process standards meet customer requirements by monitoring test yield, e-NC, and QA fails, then escalating major problems to senior management or engineering teams. Act as the first point of contact for emergencies and conduct detailed handovers with the day shift production manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 10 years of production/manufacturing experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations
- Proficient in English communication with foreign employees
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
