Job Summary
Night Shift Supervisor at Eaton Airdrie plant responsible for overall night shift plant operations and supervision across production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and customer requirements; coaches and directs shop-floor teams, conducts annual performance reviews, manages staffing and handovers, drives continuous improvement and cost initiatives, and delivers training for night shift operators. Required background includes a college diploma in business or engineering and at least 2 years of supervisory experience; candidate must reside within 80 km of Airdrie and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship. Proficiency in Excel and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge are desirable assets.
