Job Summary
Night Shift Site Manager responsible for directing programs, enforcing policies, and ensuring contract compliance. Plans and develops work schedules, assigns personnel, inspects facilities for safety, quality, and service, audits inventories, analyzes budgets, and coordinates with customers, clients, and subcontractors. Oversees contractor management, reporting on labor hours and expenses, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA, FLSA). Requires leadership of supervisory staff, strong communication and project-management skills, and ability to travel as needed. Compensation offered: $70,000-$75,000 with night/afternoon shifts and variable weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license
