Job Summary
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues, maintaining and distributing department-related information daily. Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding operational matters, serve as the proxy for KRONOS for daily driver and helper updates, and manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor using Microsoft Suite tools. Process payments and financial tasks as needed, assist in implementing operational projects, and coordinate with customers and employees regarding service issues, scheduling, and work assignments. Requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, and legal eligibility to work in the country.
