Job Summary
Night Shift Sanitation Supervisor at Lake Country Dairy (Turtle Lake, WI) oversees sanitation processes and CIP systems, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages chemical training, inventory, and vendor relations. Responsibilities include supervising sanitation across plant areas, coordinating labor resources with production, maintaining SDS binders and sanitation schedules, auditing processes, and driving high-quality sanitation practices. Requires 2-4 years of sanitation supervision experience and strong leadership/communication skills; degree preference for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s. Shift options include 9P-6A, 10P-7A, or 11P-8A, Monday–Friday, with evening hours and opportunities for training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in sanitation supervision
- Sanitation and CIP system experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good conflict management collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Ability to design and implement training programs
- Safety-focused
- Works with urgency to complete tasks and resolve issues
