Job Summary
Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care to one client at a time in the comfort of their home, focusing on personalized attention from pediatrics to geriatrics. Manage overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours in Valparaiso and surrounding communities including Chesterton, Portage, and DeMotte, with no weekend requirement. Earn a base hourly rate of $35–$38 plus a night shift differential, with weekly pay options for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Access 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and paid onboarding training while utilizing user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
