Job Summary
Night Shift Registered Nurse at Encompass Health responsible for supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborates with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provides direct patient care when needed. Serves as a resource for fellow staff, supports patients and families, and helps celebrate patient milestones. Requires RN licensure; CPR certification required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred. Focus on building meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding unique needs, and contributing to a high-quality post-acute care team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
