Job Summary
Night Shift Registered Nurse at Encompass Health (inpatient rehabilitation) provides supervised care and treatments, leads patient assessments, and tailors care plans to facilitate recovery. Builds meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborates with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serves as a resource for staff with complex patient needs. Requires RN licensure; CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN certification preferred; one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
