Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Transitional Care Unit

Conduct patient assessments, organize and deliver care for ED admissions and medical/surgical patients, and monitor progress toward expected outcomes. Provide compassionate hands-on care while documenting activities per standards and participating in multidisciplinary rounds. Integrate novice nursing abilities with new knowledge, seek feedback to enhance practice, and complete all assigned learning sessions for the RN Fellowship. May serve as a preceptor following orientation and competency completion. Perform other duties as assigned. This role is a full-time night shift position at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, offering a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and access to top-tier teaching hospital resources.
