Night Shift Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other major illnesses. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care. Administer medications, monitor patient status, document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
