Night shift Quality Control In-Line Inspector

Job Summary
Conduct regular inspections of the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Identify and document defects, perform tests and measurements using various tools, and record inspection results accurately. Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues, assist in developing quality protocols, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training on quality standards and GMP requirements, serving as an information source for critical issues. Ensure all safety regulations are followed throughout the manufacturing environment. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of quality control experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions with continuous physical activity.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
- Able to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems
- Takes initiative and seeks additional training or direction as needed

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience in field, laboratory, or production facility quality control
- Ability to reach overhead
- Ability to squat
- Ability to bend at the waist
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or more
- Tolerance of standing posture continuously during shift
- Ability to work in varying indoor temperatures, including hot and cold conditions
