Night Shift Quality Assurance Technician

Night Shift Quality Assurance Technician responsible for verification of production processes, packaging, food safety and monitoring of operational sanitation; ensures proper documentation, inventory control, and release of hold product. Supports production Team Members, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to ensure safe and quality products, adherence to GMPs, accurate labeling and lot codes, receiving of raw materials, microbiological swabs at correct times, and follow-through on quality and food safety policies. Requires effective communication in English, ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs; PPE is required.
