Bakery Production Workers are needed to assist in various production tasks for a range of bread products. Responsibilities include lifting, moving, and stacking items, inspecting bakery products, maintaining workflow, and adhering to food safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, reliability in attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment, with lifting and standing for extended periods being essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to prove you are legally able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a high temperature environment supporting fast paced, heavy machinery
- Standing and heavy lifting are required
- Ability to quickly learn new job tasks and flexibility to work in different jobs as needed
- Must have reliable attendance to meet employer’s attendance standards for 24/7 production facility
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar production line duties at a large commercial bakery is preferred
- Work experience in other similar industrial, manufacturing or a production-line environment may substitute
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work any day, including holidays, or any shift
- Must be able to lift heavy weight repeatedly
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
