Job Summary
Oversee daily poultry production operations by organizing manpower, materials, and equipment schedules to meet targets while enforcing safety and quality standards. Coordinate team duties, monitor equipment workflow, and provide training to ensure employees reach productivity potential through constructive feedback. Collaborate with other departments to identify cost savings and process enhancements, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience
- Leadership skills of 20+ employees
- Effective communication both orally and in writing
- Capable of independent decision making
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be available for occasional weekends
- Verification of employment eligibility by the end of the third day of work
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree in related field
- Poultry or food industry experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
