Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read technical manuals, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Starting pay is $27.00 per hour plus benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision. Night shift role involves working in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, and elevated noise levels.
