Job Summary
Night shift role operating skid steer and assisting Plant Operator I in surface operations at the Randolph Mine. Responsibilities include plant clean-up, tending conveyors, monitoring processes, inspecting equipment for wear, conducting basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment, operating haul trucks as needed, ensuring safety through protective equipment use, participating in safety programs, and working in a team environment to support production needs. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience, a valid US driver’s license, and knowledge of MSHA regulations; heavy equipment operations or military experience preferred. Prolonged outdoor exposure and ability to perform physically demanding tasks are required.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of related experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Heavy equipment operations or military experience preferred
- MS Office and other computer skills preferred
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to work in outdoor environment year-round
- Ability to work in elevated areas
- General physical activities include climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, reach with hands and arms, and handling material
