Night Shift Plant Laborer

Night shift Plant Laborer role supporting surface crushing operations at the Randolph Mine. Responsibilities include plant clean-up, operating a skid steer to facilitate cleanup, providing back-up for Plant Operator I, inspecting equipment for wear, monitoring processes and surroundings, tending conveyors to move materials through production, performing basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment, operating a haul truck to assist plant operations, working in a team environment, maintaining clean work areas, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment, notifying supervisors of repairs needed, and managing multiple tasks with production priorities. The role supports safety programs and the Guardian Angel culture and requires the ability to work outdoors year-round with physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling materials.
