Job Summary
Conduct night shift order picking and distribution at the Brighton, MI distribution center, selecting products for delivery to restaurants, healthcare, and education clients. Lift up to 100 pounds and work in freezer conditions during 8-10 hour shifts, rotating through a four-day schedule with Saturdays off. Read labels, pick lists, and follow verbal instructions while passing a drug test and background check. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, though training is provided for all candidates. Earn a starting wage of $20.90/hour plus shift incentives, with performance-based raises available.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- You will be on your feet for 10 hours of work
- Successfully pass a drug test
- Background check
