Job Summary
Operate and monitor plant operations on the night shift in a fermentation/production environment; perform sample collections and process monitoring, maintain logs, and generate reports. Use MMI control systems to understand and control plant operations, coordinate with lab staff and nutritionists, ensure FSMA and OSHA safety adherence, and maintain accurate records. Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word and able to analyze process streams; requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to work 12-hour nights in a production setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of specialized study or trade preferred
