Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges promptly. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals. Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives. Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software. Preferred experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management, with Lean Six Sigma or similar certification. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools. Position is in-office with occasional travel; requires 3+ years of leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational tasks
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools (preferred)
