Job Summary
Night Shift Operations Manager at a Florida facility overseeing production personnel, scheduling shipments, inventory/warehouse control, and cross-department coordination with supply, sales, logistics, and QA. Responsibilities include hands-on supervision and training, ensuring regulatory safety and labor compliance, reducing shrink, managing labor costs, establishing staffing, maintaining refrigeration and stock rotation, coordinating inter-warehouse transfers, and preparing for physical inventories. Requires Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience and 2+ years of operations experience; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of HACCP and GMPs; willingness to complete required training. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience
- 2+ years of Operations Experience
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Leadership qualities
- Conflict management, negotiation, organization, decision-making
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMPs
- Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently to evaluate and resolve quality problems and communicate remedial actions
- Willingness to complete relevant training/certification provided by GM
- Experience in fresh produce/CPG is preferred
