Job Summary
Run nightly operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless execution, recruiting and training porters to meet standards while performing employee audits and on-site quality inspections. Develop lasting relationships with property managers, own scheduling and route coverage to ensure no missed pickups, and coordinate logistics including safety gear, reporting apps, and payroll forms. Jump on operational issues in real time, from equipment breakdowns to staffing gaps, and keep nightly reports, payroll records, and compliance documentation up to date. Support new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment distribution. Nights and weekends required with peak hours from 7 PM to 2 AM daily, blending field work and administrative duties. Required Qualifications
- Clean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Competency with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and stay on your feet for miles at a time, without assistance
- A strong work ethic across both hands-on and administrative work, every day
