Job Summary
Implement the nursing process by assessing, diagnosing, establishing plans with outcome criteria, intervening, and documenting human responses to actual or potential health problems within the continuum of care. Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and complete required clinical experience or hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing. Work 12-hour night shifts as part of a union position with a $12,000 bonus for eligible employees. Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
