Job Summary
Implement the nursing process within Sanford Health by assessing, diagnosing, establishing plans with outcome criteria, intervening, and documenting human responses to actual or potential health problems. Deliver care during 12-hour night shifts as a part-time or full-time LPN/RN, adhering to the continuum of care standards. Maintain current licensure in the state of practice and meet pre-licensure program requirements or 400 hours of prior RN/LPN experience. Eligible employees receive a $20,000 bonus, union representation, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
