Job Summary
Implement the nursing process by assessing, diagnosing, establishing plans with outcome criteria, intervening, evaluating, and documenting human responses to actual or potential health problems. Deliver care across the continuum of care while adhering to Sanford Health's standards for rural health systems. Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and at least 400 hours of RN or LPN experience. Work 12-hour night shifts in a union position, eligible for a $12,000 bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
