Job Summary
Implement the nursing process by assessing, diagnosing, establishing care plans, intervening, and documenting human responses to actual or potential health problems for patients on the night shift. Perform duties under the continuum of care within Sanford Health's rural health system, ensuring compliance with state licensure requirements and the facility's drug-free workplace policy. The role requires current RN or LPN licensure, a minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience, and a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Work a 12-hour night shift schedule as part of a full-time or part-time union position, eligible for a $20,000 bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
