Job Summary
Implement the nursing process by assessing, diagnosing, establishing care plans, intervening, and documenting human responses to actual or potential health problems. Provide night shift coverage for 12-hour shifts as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse within the continuum of care. Maintain current state licensure and hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing, or demonstrate 400 hours of clinical experience. Eligible employees receive a $20,000 bonus and access to health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice

- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
