Job Summary
Administer medications, conduct patient assessments, and monitor chronic and acute medical conditions during the night shift. Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare needs while collaborating with providers and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Support patient education and wellness initiatives to promote safe, ethical, and professional nursing care. This full-time rotating schedule runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM at the Calhoun County Jail, offering a sign-on and retention bonus for dedicated LPNs or RNs joining Southern Health Partners.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Correctional nursing experience
- Clinical skills
- Critical thinking
