Job Summary
Night Shift - Manufacturing Supervisor leads and directs production activities across a manufacturing unit, coordinating with maintenance, engineering, supply, logistics, and sales to meet schedules, labor and capital resource needs, and quality targets. Oversees two or more direct reports, guides performance through coaching and progressive discipline, and ensures safety and SQF compliance. Responsible for hiring, training, and development of hourly employees, prioritizing daily objectives, and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues to minimize downtime and achieve financial and operational results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required

- Bachelor's degree or related work experience in manufacturing or operations
- experience supervising hourly production employees
- knowledge of Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage schedules, labor, and equipment maintenance
