Night Shift Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead a frontline maintenance team on the night shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure safety and compliance. You will oversee a team of skilled maintenance technicians, prioritize and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical/electrical/control-system issues, and partner with operations and engineering to align maintenance with production goals. You’ll monitor performance metrics (uptime, work orders, safety KPIs), coach and develop staff, and contribute to plant-wide continuous improvement and reliability initiatives. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong troubleshooting across mechanical/electrical/control systems, and a proactive approach to safety and regulatory standards across a dynamic industrial setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance or skilled trades experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership experience (supervisor, lead, or similar role)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Working knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
