Job Summary
Manage the material conveying process, including big bag or bulk offloading, and monitor troubleshooting material feeding systems to maintain continuous flow. Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment while adjusting controls to ensure optimal performance and product specifications. Perform machine maintenance, respond to alarms, and conduct inspections to resolve processing issues and minimize downtime. Work 12-hour shifts (5PM–5AM) Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday, with overtime opportunities available. This role supports AmeriLux Family of Companies' new manufacturing plant, offering a sign-on bonus, zero-deductible healthcare, and advancement opportunities through training and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot machines
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
