Job Summary
Perform typical machine shop and mold press operations to support the assembly floor, including milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding, and bench operations. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor while maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition. Execute prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts and accept frequent supervision and assistance with machine set-up. Frequently lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move 25 pounds in a noisy manufacturing plant environment with extreme temperature fluctuations. Requires high school diploma/GED, one year of factory-related experience, and training in safety and quality systems.

- Minimum 1 year of factory-related experience
- Experience as a Machine Operator
- Training in general safety
- Training in electrostatic discharge awareness
- Training in foreign object damage awareness
- Training in quality system awareness
