Night Shift - LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and coordinate care. Educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and implement preventative initiatives to protect quality. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available with competitive weekly pay and employer-paid benefits.
