Job Summary
Provide daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort for residents while ensuring restorative nursing measures are performed as ordered. Maintain open communication with management regarding unit conditions and explain treatment goals to residents and families. Supervise and manage personnel on the unit by reviewing daily assignments to ensure duties match staff ability and training. Assist and instruct nursing staff on special treatments and review medication systems and clinical records to verify proper maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN or LPN license in good standing according to State and Federal requirements
