Job Summary
Overnight full-time LPN position in Fort Collins for an inpatient detox and residential treatment facility. Responsible for comprehensive medical assessments, performing nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts), addressing pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations, dispensing meds and maintaining med logs, collaborating with medical/clinical/UR teams to ensure coordinated care, and ensuring accurate medical documentation and medication logging for each client.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Current, valid LPN license in Colorado
