Job Summary
Direct day-to-day nursing functions for CNAs and other personnel, ensuring compliance with facility policies and administering medications as ordered. Interpret departmental procedures for staff, residents, and agencies while performing administrative duties such as charting and discharge planning. Conduct rounds with physicians, evaluate assigned staff, and notify attending physicians regarding accidents or resident condition changes. Requires LPN or RN licensure, night shift capability, and strong communication skills. Located in Starke, Florida.
