Job Summary
Night Shift Loader Operator at Locust Ridge Quarry (Pocono Lake, PA). Responsible for loading/unloading, storing, transferring, distributing, and inventorying stone products and materials in the yard; operate a front-end loader; perform pre/post trip inspections; maintain haul roads and stockpiles; ensure product is blended correctly; provide customer service on site; follow MSHA and company safety policies; requires high school diploma or equivalent or related experience, ability to work night shifts, and physical capability. Preferred candidates may have loader experience, quarry/heavy equipment background, MSHA or safety certification, and related outdoor industrial experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution OR one month of related experience and/or training
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- Able to work night shifts!
