Job Summary
Night shift Warehouse Line Leader responsible for leading the warehouse and picking team to follow Goods in/Out plans and meet KPI targets while upholding Health & Safety and Company standards. Role includes managing, motivating and training Warehouse Operatives; ensuring orders are picked and loaded per customer requirements; ensuring checks are performed and documented; coordinating with internal and external departments (Production, Planning, QA, third-party haulers); ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and Company guidelines; supervising lorry drivers on site. Candidate should have strong GMP/BRC knowledge, be flexible, reliable, and proactive, with excellent communication and numeracy skills, capable of managing workloads in a busy environment and working both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a warehouse or similar team
- Strong understanding of GMP practices in line with BRC standards
- Ability to train, motivate and manage Warehouse Operatives
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Methodical, organized, and able to work to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good general education
