Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments for incarcerated individuals. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring patient conditions to report changes. Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations and assist with chronic care management. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals. Work full-time nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a rotating schedule including every other weekend. Southern Health Partners offers training and support for correctional healthcare experience.
