Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions while reporting changes. Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations and assist with chronic care management at the Houston County Jail. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in a safe, structured environment. Full-time night shift rotation from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend. Southern Health Partners offers training and support for correctional healthcare experience.
