Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments for inmates at the Houston County Jail. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to providers. Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations while assisting with chronic care management. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Full-time night shift rotation includes every other weekend. Southern Health Partners offers training and support for correctional healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Night shift availability (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
- Rotating schedule including every other weekend
