Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions while reporting changes. Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations and assist with chronic care management. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in a safe, structured environment. This role supports the correctional healthcare team at the Houston County Jail, offering rotating night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM including every other weekend.
