Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments while administering prescribed medications and treatments. Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and respond to urgent and emergent medical situations. Assist with chronic care management and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in a safe, structured environment. Full-time night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends. Southern Health Partners offers training and support for correctional healthcare or new specialty roles.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Night shift availability (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
- Willingness to work rotating schedule including every other weekend
