Job Summary
Create schedules for crew members, manage breaks, and fill in as needed when staffing gaps occur. Oversee kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure fast, efficient service and monitor customer wait times against company standards. Train new employees, assist with POS systems, and maintain inventory control for supplies and equipment. Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries, handle customer complaints, and oversee closing procedures including cash register balancing. Resolve any operational issues immediately to maintain quality and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
