Night Shift Leader

Create schedules for each crew member, manage breaks, and fill in as a crewmember when necessary. Oversee kitchen and floor staff to ensure fast, efficient service, monitor wait times, and handle customer complaints immediately. Train new employees, assist with POS systems, and maintain inventory control for supplies and equipment. Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries and oversee closing and cash register balancing. Resolve shift issues promptly while ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
