Job Summary
Oversee back-of-house operations during night shifts, acting as the primary point of contact for store success alongside managers. Maintain ownership of shift execution, ensuring smooth running of the kitchen from 5:00am to 5:00pm across a five-day rotation. Gain relevant skills and knowledge through our Training Academy to advance toward management opportunities, including apprenticeships and professional qualifications. Earn an additional £5 per hour for shifts starting between 3am and 5am.
