Job Summary
Night Shift Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician responsible for pressure washing commercial kitchen exhaust systems, removing grease from hoods, ducts, filters, and rooftop fans, and setting up/tearing down equipment at job sites. Work is performed overnight for restaurants, often solo or with a small crew. Must climb ladders, access rooftops, and work safely in hot, greasy environments while maintaining equipment and reporting issues. Requires self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, decisive problem-solving, and adherence to safety standards. Training is provided; opportunities for advancement exist within a growing Northeast Ohio company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction or related trades preferred
