Job Summary
Night Shift IT Systems Analyst responsible for providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware; fielding and troubleshooting issues, installing and repairing hardware/software, resetting credentials for email and ERP systems, assisting users on-site and via remote connections, coordinating with outside vendors, and managing supplies and inventory for assigned sites. Requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, ability to work in a team and manage independent projects, and 1+ year IT support experience with Windows Desktop and Microsoft 365 administration. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred) with IT certifications; salary $23.00-$27.00/hour, located in Bartlett, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related field (preferred) and/or equivalent work experience and IT certifications
- At least 1 year Windows Desktop experience, IT Support, or a similar role
- At least 1 year experience with Microsoft 365 administration or equivalent
- Experience working and supporting users via ticketing systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with network protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
